Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for events, projects, and marketing campaigns, including:

  • eDMs, digital banners, PowerPoint decks, RFP (request for proposal) decks

  • Posters, event collaterals, and social assets
  • Large-format prints (backdrops, stage screens, pull-up banners, signage, etc.)
  • Adapt and apply existing brand guidelines across different event campaigns and client requirements
  • Translate briefs into clear, visually compelling designs for both digital and print
  • Prepare print-ready files and ensure designs meet production specifications
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, event leads, and external stakeholders to meet timelines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced events environment
  • Support on-site event design needs where required (e.g. last-minute edits)
