Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Create visually appealing and educationally sound graphics, illustrations, and layouts for curriculum materials.
Develop infographics, diagrams, and other visual aids to enhance learning and comprehension.
Collaboration:
Work closely with curriculum developers, educators, and content experts to understand design requirements and educational objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual content.
Consistency and Quality:
Ensure all designs adhere to NatureNurtures brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Technology and Tools:
Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and tools to produce high-quality graphics.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep the curriculum materials fresh and engaging.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Design Quality:
Achieve a 95% satisfaction rate from internal stakeholders and educators regarding the quality and effectiveness of designs.
Ensure all designs meet educational standards and enhance the learning experience.
Project Timeliness:
Complete 100% of design projects within the agreed deadlines.
Maintain an average project turnaround time of 10 business days or less.
Innovation and Creativity:
Introduce at least five new and innovative design elements or concepts annually.
Regularly update design templates and resources to incorporate current design trends and best practices.
Collaboration and Feedback:
Participate in bi-weekly design review meetings and implement feedback effectively.
Foster a collaborative work environment and maintain open communication with team members.
Professional Development:
Attend at least two professional development workshops or courses annually to enhance design skills and knowledge.
