- Design creative assets for tournaments, sponsorships, campaigns, and announcements
- Develop artwork for social media, website, digital campaigns, and emailers
- Create print collateral including posters, hoardings, backdrops, credentials, brochures, and on-course branding
- Ensure brand consistency across all PGTI properties and partner communications
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, PR, and broadcast teams
- Support sponsor-led creatives in line with agreed brand guidelines
- Design presentation decks for commercial pitches, proposals, and partner reports
- Work on tight deadlines during tournament weeks and major announcements
- Maintain an organised library of creative assets and templates
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (sports, media, or agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Corel Draw and related softwares
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and composition
- Experience with digital-first design for social platforms
- Ability to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality outputs independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Passion for sports and an understanding of sporting aesthetics is a plus
