Key Responsibilities
  • Design creative assets  for tournaments, sponsorships, campaigns, and announcements
  • Develop artwork for social media, website, digital campaigns, and emailers
  • Create print collateral  including posters, hoardings, backdrops, credentials, brochures, and on-course branding
  • Ensure brand consistency  across all PGTI properties and partner communications
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, PR, and broadcast teams
  • Support sponsor-led creatives  in line with agreed brand guidelines
  • Design presentation decks  for commercial pitches, proposals, and partner reports
  • Work on tight deadlines  during tournament weeks and major announcements
  • Maintain an organised library of creative assets and templates

  • Desired Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
    • 2–5 years of relevant experience (sports, media, or agency experience preferred)
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Corel Draw and related softwares
    • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and composition
    • Experience with digital-first design  for social platforms
    • Ability to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality outputs independently
    • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
    • Passion for sports and an understanding of sporting aesthetics is a plus
