Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience are welcome to apply. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of designers, developers, and project managers while creating impactful visuals that align with client requirements and brand vision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing graphics across more than 15-20 deliverables/products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and tech) to understand project needs and deliver creatives accordingly.

• Follow brand guidelines while infusing creativity and uniqueness into designs.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

• Receive and implement feedback from team leads and clients to enhance visual output.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Certification in graphic design courses is a plus.

• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

• Creativity: Strong sense of design, color theory, typography, and composition.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver polished, high-quality work.

• Adaptability: Openness to learning new tools and design techniques.

• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Collaboration: Team player with a positive attitude and ability to take constructive feedback.
