Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is Western Australia’sleading doctor-owned medical imaging practice. With a 76-yearlegacy of excellence, we operate across 23 private andhospital-based clinics and employ more than 1,300 staff, includingover 130 radiologists.

The opportunity

Are you a creative professional who can balance brandconsistency with visual impact? We are looking for a GraphicDesigner to create compelling visual content across all ourcommunications channels. You will produce professional designs forreferrers, patients, and internal stakeholders—ensuring everytouchpoint reflects our brand and supports our strategicobjectives.

This is a part‑time role (15 hours per week) with flexibleworking arrangements and the potential for additional hours duringbusy periods.

Key responsibilities

Brand & Creative Execution:

Design professional marketing materials for referrers, includingbrochures, referral pads, event collateral, and presentations

Develop clear, engaging patient communications across digitaland print channels (social media, website, video assets,brochures)

Create branded templates for newsletters, invitations,campaigns, and digital content

Support HR and operational teams with recruitment and staffengagement graphics

Strategic & Leadership Support:

Prepare high-quality visual content for senior managementreports, board meetings, and strategic documentation

Design annual reports, business proposals, and planningmaterials

Standards & Compliance:

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and leadership team toalign creative concepts with strategic objectives

Follow PRC's brand style guide rigorously while applyingcreative flair to elevate visual presence

Adhere to internal approval processes for all design outputs

What do you need to be considered?

Strong InDesign skills—demonstrated ability to producepolished layouts for multi-page documents, brochures, andreports

A portfolio showcasing creative, brand-aligned designs acrossdigital and print

Proven ability to manage design projects from concept tocompletion

Excellent attention to detail and consistency when workingwithin brand guidelines

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate withnon-design stakeholders

Experience creating visual assets for video or motiongraphics

Healthcare or professional services design experience

You will demonstrate creative problem-solving, proactive designthinking, and the ability to balance multiple projects withcompeting deadlines.

In addition to the above, you must have:

Full Australian working rights

A National Police Check dated within 6 months or be willing toobtain
