Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design CX materials such as banners, posters, POP, and in-store visuals.
- Create digital assets for CRM apps, websites, and campaigns.
- Adapt regional/global brand guidelines across all design outputs to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with CX and Marketing teams to deliver timely, quality designs.
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital use.
- Support basic motion or video content where applicable.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
- 1-2 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma is a plus).
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects is an advantage.
- Good sense of layout, typography, and branding.
