Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design CX materials such as banners, posters, POP, and in-store visuals.
  • Create digital assets for CRM apps, websites, and campaigns.
  • Adapt regional/global brand guidelines across all design outputs to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with CX and Marketing teams to deliver timely, quality designs.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital use.
  • Support basic motion or video content where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects is an advantage.
  • Good sense of layout, typography, and branding.
