Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and other AI based design tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL.E, Figma etc is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to feedback and iterative design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling graphics, including digital assets, presentations, marketing materials, infographics, and website visuals.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, social media, product development, and UI/UX teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects.
• Optimize graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
