As a Graphic & Motion Designer - Live Events , you will shape how brands come alive on stage - across screens, motion assets, presentations, and films - for leadership forums, press conferences, investor meets, and industry summits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and customize event templates across multiple formats and brand portfolios , ensuring consistency and impact
  • Conceptualize and produce motion graphics and visual narratives for high-profile live events
  • Maintain brand identity, typography, and visual guidelines across all event touchpoints
  • Create visuals for LED screens, presentations, videos, and films , aligned with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate closely with content, strategy, and production teams to translate ideas into live experiences
  • Provide on-ground production support to ensure flawless visual execution during events
  • Deliver print-ready and digital assets under tight timelines while maintaining quality
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate ideation, moodboarding, and asset creation


Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw

Motion / Video: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender


Skills:

  • Basic print file knowledge
  • AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Gemini


Ideal Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience , preferably with an event management or experiential agency
