Our internationally renowned architecture and design client is seeking a Graphics & Business Development Coordinator to join their Sydney studio.

In this highly creative, graphics-extensive role, you will work closely with industry leaders to produce high-quality bid, competition and presentation material. This is a hands-on, in-studio position requiring strong visual communication skills and prior exposure to fast paced bid environments.


Key responsibilities
  • Produce high-end graphic material for bids, EOIs, competitions and client presentations
  • Design and format visuals and documents using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, ensuring consistency with the practice's brand and graphic standards
  • Support the coordination and preparation of bid submissions
  • Collaborate closely with architects and leadership to meet deadlines and deliver creative solutions
