Job Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our marketing team. This role focuses on creating visual content for our social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, is comfortable working in a fast-paced content rhythm, and enjoys shaping visual identity across campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce marketing posts, reels, and short videos for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Create visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Use AI-based image and video tools to support and enhance creative output
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content themes
• Develop reusable templates and design systems for consistency
• Stay current with design trends and social platform formats
• Support UI/UX design tasks when required (optional)

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showing design fundamentals and creative thinking
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign is a plus)
• Experience using AI image-generation tools
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
• Understanding of social media design best practices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach

 

Preferred Qualifications
• UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in Figma for interface or prototype work
• Basic motion design or animation capability
• Understanding of marketing concepts and brand positioning
