**Call Center Customer Service (On Site)**
**This Turns Start PM and Ends AM**
**Responsibilities**:
- Make **outbound** calls to follow up on customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information as needed
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- We have different schedules AM-PM and Graveyard Shifts_
