Greeter/Administrator

# 1 Cochran, the leading automotive retailer in Western Pennsylvania, has an opening for a part-time evening and Saturday Greeter at our Robinson Buick GMC Showroom!

Duties include:

* Answering a multi-line switchboard and directing calls appropriately
* Welcoming incoming customer and assisting with their needs
* Entering information into a customer data management system
* Assisting with sales promotions
* Assisting sales staff with sales follow-up

Qualifications: 

* Previous experience working at a front desk/receptionist preferred 

* Strong customer service and phone etiquette 

* Ability to work evenings and Saturdays 

* attention to detail and working in a team enviorment
