The Company
A leading renewable energy developer is seeking a Grid Connection Manager . This is a hands-on role managing projects from inception to operation, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage grid connection for solar and battery projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and lead internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Build and maintain relationships with AEMO, network service providers, EPCs, and vendors.
• Assess project risks, perform early-stage “red flag” grid assessments, and support decision-making on cost, timing, and performance.
• Assist engineering teams with concept design, technology selection, and due diligence.
