What you'll bring:
Experience cooking over a charcoal or open-flame grill
Butchery and dry-ageing experience (highly regarded)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume professional kitchen
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
Strong food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
