We're seeking an experienced Griller to join our highly organised, professional kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work with premium cuts, live fire, and seasonal produce in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

What you'll bring:

• Experience cooking over a charcoal or open-flame grill

• Butchery and dry-ageing experience (highly regarded)

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume professional kitchen

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience

• Strong food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards

• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
