Trillium is Now Hiring Grinders/Finishers for the 1st and 2nd shift in Mentor!

We are currently hiring 1st and 2nd shift grinders, both shifts will work Monday through Friday. 1st shift is 6:00am to 2:30pm, and 2nd shift is 2:00pm to 10:30pm. The starting pay rate will be $18.00 per hour to start. 

Job Duties:

-Grind, sand, and polish stainless products

-Correct defects 

-Prepare surface for further finishing 

-Mark cracks and splits for repair 

-Polish and grind materials according to specification 

-Load or remove work pieces from worktables 

-Clean equipment and worktables 

-Maintain or repair equipment 

-Follow guidelines and templates

-Other duties as assigned
