Job Title: ID/OD Grinding Associate
Location: Fairport, NY

Summary: We are seeking experienced CNC Grinders for a well-established manufacturing facility in Fairport, NY. This is a full-time, direct hire position offering a 4-day workweek (Fridays off). Candidates should be dependable team players with intermediate to advanced blueprint reading skills including GD&T, and a solid background in tooling and machining. This role includes full benefits & a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Shifts Available:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

    • Pay: $22.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on experience)

    Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC ID cylindrical grinders

  • Inspect first piece and own work to ensure quality standards are met
