Introduction to Core Trade & Site Systems
- Attend induction on Mechanical/Electrical/Building/Civil systems
- Participate in site walkthroughs and observe operations
Foundational Maintenance & Reporting
- Learn preventive maintenance routines
- Support supervisor in logging tasks in CMMS
- Review basic checklists and reporting procedures
Technical Troubleshooting Basics
- Shadow technicians during fault rectification
- Participate in basic fault diagnosis exercises
Contractor Observation & Team Collaboration
- Observe contractor supervision and certification process
- Attend meetings with contractors and project teams
Introduction to Costing & Project Support
- Assist in reviewing minor cost estimates and job requests
- Observe small A&A or ad-hoc project execution
