Duties and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Store Leadership

  • Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with a focus on fast, friendly service.
  • Assist customers by making product suggestions and engaging in suggestive selling techniques (telephone, intercom, and one-on-one interactions).
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls; resolve customer complaints and escalate to Store Director when necessary.
  • Responsible for total store operations in the absence of the Store Director.
  • Plan daily operations and monitor production processes in alignment with company procedures and profitability goals.

  • Build grocery displays, rotate stock, and discard outdated or spoiled products.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the work area and department.
