Duties and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Store Leadership
Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with a focus on fast, friendly service. Assist customers by making product suggestions and engaging in suggestive selling techniques (telephone, intercom, and one-on-one interactions). Answer and respond to incoming calls; resolve customer complaints and escalate to Store Director when necessary. Responsible for total store operations in the absence of the Store Director. Plan daily operations and monitor production processes in alignment with company procedures and profitability goals. Merchandising & Store Conditions
