What you’ll do:
Provide an excellent customer experienceResponsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the Grocery Department including scheduling of Team Members, ordering, receiving, merchandising, and accurate pricing of productsProvide training, leadership, and direction to Team Members within the departmentDevelopment and achievement of operational and budgetary goals including, sales, margins, expenses, inventory management and shrinkage controlEnsure all Team Members perform their duties in compliance with established health and safety regulationsOther duties, as assignedWhy it matters:
