Job Summary

We are hiring a Ground Instructor for our aviation training academy. The candidate must be a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) holder and able to teach all aviation subjects, including DGCA ground school syllabus, RTR classes, and Flight Dispatcher course subjects.

Responsibilities

• Teach DGCA Ground Subjects , RTR(A) syllabus, and Flight Dispatch course topics.
• Conduct classroom sessions, tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, question banks, and student assessments.
• Ensure high-quality teaching standards as per DGCA norms.
• Support students in exam preparation and overall learning.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
• Strong knowledge of aviation subjects (Navigation, Regulations, Meteorology, Technical General, etc.).
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Preferably residing in Chennai .

Salary

• ₹28,000 per month.
