JOB PURPOSE
The Grounds Maintenance Equipment Operator will assist operations multiple functions as directed by the grounds maintenance supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Operate heavy equipment, such as: motor grader, dozer, backhoe, loader, skid loader, tractor, packer, truck and trailer. Assist in grading and road maintenance for all farms. Assist in lagoon repairs. Assiss in pulling stuck trucks (feed/live animal haul) during storms. Snow plowing during winter months. Mowing and weed eating during summer months. Plumbing repairs throughout operations. REQUIREMENTS
