Job Description- Contracts Manager North West

£40,000 to £45,000 Per Annum + package

Responsibilities

• Based in the North West, lead on the delivery of our services, monitor the progress of the teams on-site and take quick and effective action to maintain high productivity and client satisfaction across a wide range of static and mobile commercial sites.
• Manage and motivate teams (static / site based and mobile) to deliver the highest possible levels of service.
• Be responsible for the Contract accounts and production of weekly and monthly reports.
• Recruit permanent staff.
• Daily liaison with Client Officers.
• Oversee system compliance and quality checks.
• Organise teams and rotas to produce effective works schedules and ensure delivery.
• Take a leading role in health and safety.
