Position: Grounds Manager


POSITION SUMMARY: Responsibilities include creating operational and safety procedures for the care and maintenance of the property’s exterior features (plants, shrubs, trees, landscaping, irrigation systems, fences, benches).Managing staff selection, training, correction, and assigning work assignments, ordering supplies and equipment, and monitoring department expenditures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Oversee Grounds operations including staffing, project scheduling, inventory of equipment, tools, supplies, vehicles, department records, contracts, safety, site fire prevention and project delivery.

  • Ensure site care and maintenance of grounds, drainage maintenance, fire protection, and irrigation systems.
