Job Description Job Description We are currently accepting applications for a full-time groundskeeper position on a large ranch located on the southwest side of San Saba County, working with a two-man crew. Job Summary The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall condition of outdoor grounds and landscaped areas. This role includes routine lawn care, landscaping, debris removal, and minor maintenance tasks to ensure the grounds are clean, healthy, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities Mow, edge, trim, and fertilize lawns Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping Remove weeds, leaves, litter, and debris from grounds Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Perform basic irrigation system checks and adjustments Apply pesticides and fertilizers safely, following guidelines Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or needed repairs Assist with setup and cleanup for outdoor ...
