Job Description
Location: Yandina, Sunshine Coast QLD 4560
Hours: 30-40 hrs/week
Roster: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm (flexibility required)
We're a busy horticulture operation seeking a reliable Groundsman to help keep our site clean, safe, and well presented. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role suited to someone practical, proactive, and happy working outdoors.
What you'll be doing
- Grounds and landscape maintenance around buildings and facilities
- Mowing, gardening, and general groundskeeping
- Basic practical tasks (e.g. minor carpentry/repairs)
- Operating equipment including tractors and mulchers
- Daily rubbish/debris collection and disposal
- General cleaning and maintenance
- Completing food-safety related checklists/documentation as required
- Other duties as directed by your supervisor
