Groundsperson

About the Role

We are looking for a grounds person to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This hands‑on role based requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching.
• Operate hand tools such as hedgers, blowers and whipper snippers and petrol gear such as push mowers and ride on plant equipment safely and effectively.
• Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
