Groundworker – Devon and Cornwall

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Groundworker to provide maintenance work on the externals of MOD properties (mainly fencing). You will be based in the Plymouth area covering Devon and Cornwall where required. 

This is a permanent role and offers a £34,000 salary van and fuel card. 


This position will start temp for 13 weeks through us as an agency then you will transfer onto a permanent contract.

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

  • Responsive maintenance work on MOD properties 

  • Fencing work, mainly wood and some chain link

  • Able to do some other external maintenance including patios, concrete repairs etc would be beneficial 

  • Dealing with customers daily

  • Driving a work van safely and responsibly

  • Happy travelling to various sites in Devon and Cornwall
