Position: Groundworker
Location: Rochester, Medway, Kent
Pay rate: Up to £21.00 per hour depending on experience and payment method (PAYE or CIS)
Contract: Temporary
Start date: February 2026

Randstad CPE are looking for experienced groundworkers covering all aspects of groundworks from services through to finishings.
This role will involve:
Streetworks experience working around live services
Installing drainage and service ducts
Read utility drawings
Install trench boxes
Slab laying
Kerb laying

CSCS card (blue card preferable)
NPORS/CPCS card dumper/roller (desirable)
PPE (Hard hat, high viz, protective boots)
