Job Description

This role oversees group-level accounting and finance across multiple entities. You’ll be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, cash flow management , and supporting management decisions with clear financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and consolidate group accounts and ensure statutory compliance (audit, tax, SST, LHDN).
  • Prepare management reports , budgets, forecasts, and cost/margin analysis.
  • Set up and maintain internal controls, SOPs, and reporting discipline across entities.
  • Oversee a small finance/admin team and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage cash flow, banking matters , and major payments.
  • Support system improvements, ERP projects , and ad hoc strategic initiatives.
