Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional who has hands-on experience managing ₹2 Cr+ monthly business and can lead large accounts, high-value brand relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams across events and digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities


Own and drive group-level revenue targets across Spark, Vibe, and Digi


Lead acquisition of large brands, retainers, and long-term partnerships


Act as senior leadership interface for key and enterprise clients


Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and client retention


Lead negotiations, commercials, and closures for high-value deals
