Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to Enabling Function leadership by delivering proactive, data-driven insights that support strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness. Monitor, analyze, and report payroll-related costs across regions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with budget and forecast expectations. Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and FP&A teams to provide clear explanations of payroll variances and headcount-related financial impacts. Support workforce planning and budgeting cycles by modeling payroll projections, tracking FTE development, and linking labor costs to business KPIs.
