Group Business Development Manager – Leinster Region

Excel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Group Business Development Manager on behalf of our client’s nationwide business. This is a senior commercial leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and drive the organisation’s sales strategy, lead high-performing teams, and deliver sustained revenue growth across multiple markets.

Salary: €75k – €85k

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, setting clear priorities and ensuring delivery of commercial targets

  • Work closely with Regional Managers through structured weekly planning and one-to-one performance reviews

  • Contribute to commercial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, managing direct reports and key external partners
