Group Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engineering lead overseeing all project management activities.
• Drive project kick-off processes, including reviewing customer technical drawings and aligning with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure smooth, on-time, and requirement-compliant project execution.
• Create factory layout plans covering facilities, equipment, and process flows using both 2D and 3D data.
• Design jigs and production workflows for feasibility assessments and work closely with suppliers to refine solutions.
• Negotiate lead times and pricing with suppliers to meet project and cost objectives.
• Oversee production operations, including manpower planning, machine capacity management, quality assurance, and efficient resource utilization in partnership with management.
