Overview
Works under the supervision of Group Exercise Manager to provide members with a diverse program of classes in a friendly, motivating, and professional manner. Classes are conducted in a safe environment and the instructor maintains supervision of members throughout class.
What you will do
Instructor is genuinely friendly and concerned for the members well-being. He/she interacts positively with at least 3 members before, during or after class and uses their name when appropriate.. Instructor teaches safe and effective classes formatted to the class description. He/she is able to teach 32-count combinations staying on beat and phrase of the music. The instructor refrains from using contraindicated movements and shows modifications throughout the class. Instructor is prepared to teach and maintains a level of fitness appropriate to teach assigned classes.
