About the Role

As part of the team at Aqua Jetty you will lead a group of exercise instructors to deliver quality health and fitness programmes to patrons. You must be a passionate, experienced leader with excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of the health and fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the group exercise team.
• Provide quality health and fitness programmes to patrons.
• Resolve issues with participants, instructors and the public.
• Supervise, develop and motivate staff.
• Promote, plan, coordinate and program special events and activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate III in Fitness.
• Fitness Australia Accreditation.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.

To be considered you must address the following selection criteria in your online application:

• Knowledge of current trends in contemporary group exercise programmes.
• Ability to resolve issues with participants, instructors and members of the public.
• Experience in supervising, developing and motivating staff.
• Some experience in promoting, planning, coordinating and programming special events.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

$42.40 per hour plus superannuation.
