A large, dynamic private equity–backed healthcare business is seeking an experienced Group Controller to strengthen its finance leadership team during a period of scale, transformation, and value creation.
This is a high-impact role with broad exposure to senior leadership, investors, and portfolio operations.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, the Group Controller will be responsible for group financial control, reporting integrity, and governance across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full ownership of group financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Consolidation across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Oversight of statutory accounts, audits, and external advisors
- Development and maintenance of robust financial controls and policies
- Cash flow management and balance sheet oversight
- Support for budgeting, forecasting, and board / PE reporting
