Group Financial Controller

We are seeking a seasoned Group Financial Controller to lead its finance function across Southeast Asia and Japan. This is a high-impact role for a senior finance leader with deep multi-country consolidation experience and a passion for driving strategic growth in dynamic, high-performance environments.

Your Role

• Lead end-to-end finance operations across SEA and Japan, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and robust corporate governance.
• Oversee multi-country consolidation, including preparation of group financial statements and month/quarter/year-end closing processes.
• Deliver strategic financial insights to support commercial decisions, business planning, and regional expansion.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk mitigation across diverse markets.
