Group Financial Controller | Move to Adelaide

THE ROLE
- This multi-faceted role requires excellent organisational, multi-tasking and communication skills, as well as a strong desire to succeed
- It is a terrific opportunity for someone passionate about the hospitality industry willing to grow their finance career
- You will establish and execute financial procedures to achieve the overall targets and objectives of the hotel group, while providing strategic financial guidance to the owners
- Manage the financial controllers and accounting teams of each of the 3 properties
- Review monthly financial statements and financial analysis for senior management and owners
- Oversee and review reports to ensure compliance with hotel accounting standards and regulations
- Implement and manage cash flow management strategies
- Identify financial risks and implement risk management strategies
- Review feasibility of investment opportunities with owners

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
· Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or CA preferred
· Experience in a similar role within hospitality industry
· Strong knowledge of hotel management
· Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to meet deadlines and work in a timely manner
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build relationships with operational departments
