Group Financial Reporting Specialist – Job Description

• Preparer of consolidated financial results and reports
• Focal person for intercompany and related party transactions, including compliance to Bursa.

Responsibilities

• To prepare monthly consolidated financial results for the Group to support statutory reporting, principal reporting, stakeholder reporting and ad-hoc requirements.
• To prepare quarterly reporting for Bursa and stakeholders, including board papers.
• To prepare annual audited financial statements and shareholder financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards and MFRS.
• To prepare analysis required for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including AGM.
• To support audit processes by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses to auditors.
