Group Fire Safety Manager

A quick look at the role

We’re looking for a Group Fire Safety Manager to lead fire risk reduction across Biffa. You’ll be our in-house expert, shaping strategy, driving compliance, and embedding best practice to keep people and operations safe. This role will suit an experienced fire safety professional looking to make a significant impact in an industry where fire is an increasing risk to life and property.

You will report directly to the Group Health & Safety Director and work with the full support of the Biffa Executive team to help reduce the likelihood and severity of fires.

Key responsibilities

· Be the driving force behind the Biffa Fire Policy Group

· Develop and implement fire risk identification and control strategies

· Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce fire risk
