An exciting opportunity has opened for a Group General Counsel to join a fast-growing, international SaaS business headquartered in Singapore.

This is a senior, strategic role for an experienced legal leader who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, scale, and commercial growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, owning the global legal agenda while enabling the business to move fast, innovate, and expand responsibly.

Key areas of responsibility include leading all corporate governance, managing cross-border regulatory and compliance matters, overseeing commercial contracts (enterprise SaaS, partnerships, licensing), and supporting M&A, fundraising, and strategic initiatives. You will also build and mentor a high-performing in-house legal function and manage external counsel globally.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience from a technology or SaaS environment, a pragmatic and commercial mindset, and the confidence to operate in a high-growth, international setting. Prior exposure to APAC markets and complex, multi-jurisdictional structures is highly desirable.
