Group GRC Manager

We are looking to hire a Group GRC Manager who will lead the Governance, Risk, and Compliance function across a diversified holding group with multiple subsidiaries operating in various sectors. This role is responsible for establishing, enhancing, and overseeing the Group’s integrated GRC framework to ensure strong corporate governance, robust risk management practices, and compliance with all relevant UAE laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

• Develop and maintain the Group’s corporate governance framework, policies, and standards.
• Ensure alignment of governance practices across all subsidiaries and business units.
• Support Board and Committee governance activities, including charters, reporting templates, annual plans, and performance evaluations.
