Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Planning Lead the development of integrated digital biddable media strategies across search (Google/Microsoft Ads), social (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), display, and marketplace advertising .
Translate client business objectives into performance goals , KPI frameworks, and measurable media plans.
Drive long-term audience strategies, bidding frameworks, and cross-channel optimization models.
Campaign Oversight & Optimization
Oversee biddable campaign planning, activation, tuning, and reporting across platforms.
Ensure campaigns maximize ROI, ROAS, CTR, quality scores, conversion rates , and other key metrics.
Champion advanced bid strategies including algorithmic bidding, automation, AI-enhanced optimization, and data-driven audience strategies.
Client Relationship & Growth
Act as the senior strategic interface for clients, providing thought leadership, performance insights, and business impact recommendations.
Lead QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), performance assessments, and new media initiatives.
Support new business pitches & proposals with strong performance media POVs.
Team Leadership & Capabilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of biddable media managers, analysts, and strategists.
Foster a culture of analytics rigor, best practices, and innovation within the biddable practice.
Enable continuous capability building across analytics, bidding platforms, and media tech.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with data science, analytics, creative, SEO, programmatic, commerce, and tech teams to deliver unified performance solutions.
Drive integrated strategies that leverage audience insights and cross-channel learnings.
Measurement & Reporting
Establish robust measurement frameworks, tracking setups, and dashboards to evaluate performance and attribution.
Regularly review performance data and refine media strategies and bidding logic accordingly.
Innovation & Best Practices
Stay current with emerging biddable features, platform updates (Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+), and automation tools.
Recommend and test new solutions to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional Experience
5-6 years in digital marketing with significant experience in biddable media , performance strategy, and campaign optimization.
Proven track record leading high-performance paid media teams in an agency environment.
Experience managing large client portfolios with measurable performance outcomes.
Technical & Functional Expertise
Deep understanding of paid search, paid social, display, marketplace ads, and automated bidding platforms .
Expertise with tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SA360, Campaign Manager 360, analytics platforms .
Strong knowledge of data analytics, attribution modeling, A/B testing, and performance reporting .
Leadership & Soft Skills
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on execution and optimization.
Proven team leadership, development, and people-management capabilities.
Education
MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (preferred).
