Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Lead the development of integrated digital biddable media strategies across search (Google/Microsoft Ads), social (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), display, and marketplace advertising.
- Translate client business objectives into performance goals, KPI frameworks, and measurable media plans.
- Drive long-term audience strategies, bidding frameworks, and cross-channel optimization models.
Campaign Oversight & Optimization
- Oversee biddable campaign planning, activation, tuning, and reporting across platforms.
- Ensure campaigns maximize ROI, ROAS, CTR, quality scores, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Champion advanced bid strategies including algorithmic bidding, automation, AI-enhanced optimization, and data-driven audience strategies.
Client Relationship & Growth
- Act as the senior strategic interface for clients, providing thought leadership, performance insights, and business impact recommendations.
