Job Summary
The role will oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of multiple restaurant branches within NCR and selected provincial locations. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in both hotel and restaurant operations, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability while upholding the brand’s high standards of service and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in F&B service operations, with a combined background in international hotel brands and high-volume restaurant chains.
- Proven track record in managing multiple restaurant branches within NCR and provincial locations.
- Strong leadership, people management, and operational planning skills.
- Understanding of Japanese dining culture and service standards is an advantage.
