Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in digital marketing in a digital agency in Account management / Operations on Multiple Platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.
  • Drives to achieve/exceed SBU Revenue Targets and other Business Unit Parameters
  • Spearhead & be actively involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams.
  • Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the BU & Functional Domains to deliver client requirements successfully
  • Prioritize and manage retainer clients’ expectations
  • Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs
  • Planning and oversight of Digital Campaigns, including Display, UAC, Video, Social etc for all clients.
  • Maximize team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all team work in progress.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with client to ideate, plan and execute Brand Strategy & Vision with opportunities to up-sell & cross-sell
  • Mentor team members and develop their skillset in accordance with their individual goals and objectives and career path.
