Role Overview
We are looking for a Group Head – Performance Media who is hands-on across digital media platforms and confident with numbers. The role requires strong ownership, client management skills, and the ability to manage and mentor teams while driving campaign excellence for domestic clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, You Tube, and DV360.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management and media planning, ensuring delivery against client KPIs.
- Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, handling presentations, reviews, and performance discussions.
- Own budgets, pacing, and performance metrics with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations using data and reporting dashboards.
- Manage, mentor, and guide team members to ensure quality execution and performance improvement.
- Take complete ownership of accounts, proactively identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, You Tube, and DV360.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with confidence in reporting and insights.
- Experience in media planning and performance optimization.
- Excellent client servicing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Background
- Agency experience, especially handling Indian/domestic clients.
- Exposure to categories such as CPG, Mobile Phones, Consumer Products, etc.
