Group HR Manager

Solutino Pte Ltd is a Management Consultancy Company with regional offices across Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia, and India.  The HR team at our Singapore HQ partners closely with regional HR managers to develop and implement HR policies and SOPs, serving as the primary link between Management and staff across regional offices.

As the Group HR Manager for our Singapore (HQ) office, you will play a key role in supporting the Company and its group of entities.  You will oversee the day-to-day administration of HR policies, ensuring compliance and adherence to established SOPs. Your ability to engage effectively with employees across all levels and regions will be a strong asset, and you should be confident in communicating, influencing, and driving performance.
