Kaprel is looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Manager to lead our people function across the UAE, KSA, and India, supporting both our core acoustic glass business and our growing residential division.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands that HR is not just administrative — it’s a critical driver of business performance, culture, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full HR function across multiple regions
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Manage performance management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with UAE, KSA, and India labour laws
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Support senior leadership on organisational structure and succession planning
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and governance
