Current Opening - Group Leader – Supplier Quality Assurance

Location: Bhosari-MIDC
Job Description
- Supplier performance on the basis of Vendor rating & audit NCs.
- Identify, analyse the process and do alterations/modifications in systems wherever required.
- Conduct supplier assessment audit. Support to DQA whenever required.
- Identify and align lean opportunity for improvement at supplier end.
- Implement basic quality system at supplier end.
- Communication with supplier for on time hold clearance. Monitor supplier basic discipline.
- Training provides to supplier
- Should have minimum 6 -10 years of experience in quality.
- Qualification: B.E / B. Tech / DME in Mechanical Engineering Through knowledge on various manufacturing process like sheet metal stamping,
- High pressure die casting, Assembly process, Plastic moulding & Various surface finishing process.
- Handover experience on 7QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA ISO 9001 :2015 auditor & Six Sigma Yellow belt certification will be advantage.
- Excellent CFT coordination skill, ability to resolve CFT conflict on time.
